Lance Victor was a stunt performer at the Ranch with a great sense of humor. It was hard to keep a straight face when Lance started acting the clown. But he was best known for something else. He loved to dress up as the Lone Ranger. We called him "Lance Ranger" (see left and below). (Bill Raymond)

Buck Mafie was a giant of a man. Here is a picture of Buck with Jim Babcock, that gives some idea of just how large he was. (Bill Raymond).

Slim Scott was a tall drink of water at 6' 7". Watching Slim do the "rail-fall" over the hitch rail in front of the sheriff's office was a real treat. He seemed to go over it in several long, whipping sections, like a windmill. Here is Slim with Jim and Sharon Babcock. (Bill Raymond).
